ABOUT US
Founded in 1997, the St. Charles County Symphony Society is a multi-faceted ensemble that performs classical and modern repertoire, chamber concerts, and a summer "POPS" series. We are a not-for-profit organization that often collaborates with outside artists and organizations to spread traditional and non-traditional music in our area.
The St. Charles County Symphony Society thrives under the leadership of its conductor, David Peek. Consisting of professional musicians, teachers, talented adults, and serious students from our community, the symphony brings a rich combination of musical talents to St. Charles County.

Membership in the St. Charles County Symphony Orchestra is open to anyone wishing to keep active their love of quality music. Rehearsals are held at the First Baptist Church of St. Charles at 7:00 PM on Tuesday evenings. We perform at various locations throughout St. Charles County including the St. Charles Foundry Art Centre, St. Peters Cultural Arts Center, First Baptist Church of St. Charles, First Assembly Church, and other community venues.
Grateful thanks to Saint Peters City and Saint Charles City for their generous support which enables the orchestra to focus on becoming a renowned ensemble. This vital support is an essential component in the rise of St. Charles County as one of Missouri’s most outstanding music and art centers.
